Our History

The main part of our new Life is this Huge Projects as a new hobby, as a new beginning. I and my family created a farm. We have few plantations. I have to admit it, my all passion is there. One full with Jerusalem artichoke, other with rosehip and Montane tea, here in Bulgaria we call it Mursalsky Tea. All of them ORGANIC, we are NOT use any kind of chemicals or artificial additives. 

About the Jerusalem Artichokes, or Earth apple, or Topinambur, call it as you decide, that are too many names of same vegetable. This is our first product, ready to be served in your dishes. We have it in stock. We are love those rare plants. We took the sowing seeds of Jerusalem Artichokes from a Bulgarian Man, which keep them as a present from his grandma. That kind of Yerusalem artichoke is a tradition local vegie. Our forefathers are used them as special food, who helps with its valuable medical and tasty nutrient qualities. This land is first we bought, 2 years ago. There were a forest very old fruit trees, no one care for them last 30 years. We took all the trees out of the ground, see the video here. Then we planted the Earth Apples. You can understand how rich soil is that land.

When i turned 40, i get bored, angry and unsatisfied woman, so i needed of something good, positive and totally new and different of my life till now. Few persons helped me, i am so grateful for that i recognized that we have that Life to live it. To make it our, to live it in our way, based to our wishes. This persons helped me to understand that on a 40 years I am too old to hold myself being Me. On a 40 years I am too old being shy and to stops my self to control my life, to stop doing "what have to do". On a 40years is just IN Time to create, being little bit crazy, to live that Life our way, lets dreams comes truth. So this online store and blog here is little part of all i do, but i am going to share here.

Here was a 50 year old forest! This place, as well as the surrounding 1000 decares of land, was a discarded orchard that no one wanted to cultivate. We decided that this was our challenge. We bought 20 decares of this land, cleared it of the old barren trees and roots, and planted part of it with an Earth Apple, during the 2020 pandemic. Year after year, there will be 20 decares of land here, filed with an Earth Apple.

This land is a treasure in its natural state. It does not need to be deeply treated or cleaned, additionally fertilized, oxidized or enriched with fertilizer. We do not use such methods. This land has been enriched by herds of domestic SS animals walking in the area for the past 30 years, drinking water in the river bordering the place, dying under the shade of abandoned trees. Here, in this land, is the natural home of numerous small forest animals living in peace around them, such as rabbits and partridges. This 100% natural and naturally positive environment is the ecological home of our Earth Apple.

In Earth Apples video - this is our first Earth Apple harvest. It is a great pride for us to show it and share with you this and every next harvest. We took seeds for our Earth Apple from a small local grower who inherited from his grandmother a plot planted with an Earth Apple. We give thanks for every harvest, every year, preserving and constantly renewing the memories of this grandmother, our ancestors, the traditions they have bequeathed to us. The ground apple was their delicacy, rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber, during the winter season, when local, fresh food was rare.

we are happy to share with you 120 acres of rose hips. Every plant has passed through our hands. Each seed removed from the largest rose hips becomes a plant. After a year, this plant is removed from the seedlings, pruned twigs and roots, and planted in the ground, where it should become a richly fruiting shrub. We take good care of these shrubs, water them regularly, protect them from pests, protect them from natural damage, manually cut the infertile twigs, dig them up and protect them from shading grasses and weeds.
